When you start your ginger plant, take fresh store-bought ginger and soak it overnight. Carry out in outside and bury it about 4 inches deep.
Water the plant up to its requirements. If your ginger has knobs on it, move its face upwards when you place it on the ground. Do plant ginger in a well-drained area with low sunlight. It grows well in a shady area.
You have the other option too. You can grow ginger indoors. The root of the plant stays close to the surface. Yield your plant in about 8-10 months once its growth slows down. You can store it by drying or freezing your root.


One of the best herb for us which acts as ayurvedic medicine. Feverfew is one of the plants which is easy to maintain building a good herb for the beginning gardener. Feverfew is a perennial and reseeds itself. Do plant your seeds close to the surface just hardly in the dirt. Prefer the places where the plant receives plenty of sunlight. Water the plants up to its requirements.


This plant technically is a succulent, but its purpose is for medicinal awesomeness. Another such plant is easy to cultivate. The best method is to transplant it from a mature aloe plant. You can grow it from seed. Since aloe vera plants are mostly water full but they are sensitive to cold temperatures. Do water it according to its requirements. The plant’s storage capacity is enough within their leaves and even have a slight rooting system in it.
Slightly water the plant and then let the soil go dry before watering it again. Aloe Vera is drought-tolerant and even requires sunlight with some shade to be happy outdoors.


Lavender herb is one of nature’s biggest gift to us. Never over-water lavender and permit plenty of space for a breeze in between new starts. Once these plants are rooted, they are too much strong. Give them plenty of sunlight and allow them to dry before watering them. Lavender is very prone to moisture so water it at least 2-3 times a week during the summer. They are resistant to drought. Humidity can be a problem for these plants. These plants thrive in full sun and less water.
